Nantucket Natural Oils features all natural designer perfumes and colognes as well as essential oils and aromatherapy blends. This great little perfume store offers a large selection of scents, both simple and complex, to beautiful bottles, to bath ballistics and small glass knickknacks. Their perfume and cologne contain no alcohol and is made in the store with all natural oils.
I recently had a chance to visit their new location on the 2nd floor at 12 Straight Wharf and was excited to get to meet the owners, Patricia and John Harding. John has been in the perfume business for 30+ years and is very knowledgeable in his field of expertise. He explained to us that with more complex blends you have to wait a few minutes for the oils to absorb (or dry down) to experience the full range of smell. They are happy to have you sample lots of different scents so that you can find one that is just right for you. They have several signature Nantucket scents but I especially liked Nantucket Rain, which smells just lovely.
