Nantucket Red Lobster Salad

Prep Time: 20 minutes          Serves: 4 people

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup chopped lobster meat
  • 3 tablespoon Hellman’s Mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped scallions
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch cayenne
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • Garnish with parsley

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and chill for 20 to 30 minutes.
  2. Serve slightly chilled on a fresh roll with lettuce.
  3. Garnish with a little parsley and enjoy!
