Nantucket Red Lobster Salad
Prep Time: 20 minutes Serves: 4 people
- 2 cup chopped lobster meat
- 3 tablespoon Hellman’s Mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoon finely chopped celery
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped scallions
- 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch cayenne
- 1 pinch paprika
- Garnish with parsley
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and chill for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Serve slightly chilled on a fresh roll with lettuce.
- Garnish with a little parsley and enjoy!
